3. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Bad-faith notices

You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing.
