License — NFX PROD

This License Agreement (“License”) governs your use of any digital Product purchased from NFX PROD at nfxprod.com.

1. Grant of license

Upon full payment, NFX PROD grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Product in your own commercial and non-commercial creative works, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Permitted uses

Use in music tracks, songs, beats, mixtapes and albums released commercially.
Use in videos, films, ads, YouTube content, streaming, podcasts, and other broadcast media.
Use in video games, apps, and interactive software.
Modify, edit, layer, chop, pitch, and process the sounds or footage as part of a larger creative work.
Register your resulting works with digital distributors, PROs (ASCAP, BMI, SACEM), and content ID systems — but only for your original composition or edit, not the raw source files.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, share or give away the raw source files.
You may not include the raw files in another sample pack, library, template, preset, marketplace, NFT, or AI training dataset.
You may not claim ownership of the underlying Product itself.
You may not register the raw, unmodified sounds or clips with content ID systems.
You may not use the Products in illegal, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.

4. Bundles & “All-Access” tier

The same terms apply to Products included in any bundle or the “NFX Vault — All Access” tier. Lifetime access refers to lifetime download availability of the packs included at time of purchase and any future updates of those packs; it does not automatically include new, separately released packs.

5. Attribution

Attribution to NFX PROD is appreciated but not required.

6. Termination

Violating this License terminates your rights automatically. You must delete all copies of the Product.
