This Privacy Policy explains how NFX PROD (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal data when you use nfxprod.com (the “Site”).

• Account data: email address, hashed password, display name.
• Purchase data: your order history, product IDs, amounts. Full payment card data is collected and stored by Whop, not by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps, cookies.
• Communication data: messages you send to our support addresses.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the Products you purchase and provide your download access.
• To operate, maintain and improve the Site.
• To respond to customer support requests.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract when we deliver Products you have purchased; (b) our legitimate interests in operating the business and preventing fraud; (c) your consent for optional analytics or marketing communications; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

• Whop: our payment provider — see Whop's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting & backend providers that store our database, run our servers, and send transactional email.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus the period required to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (subject to those obligations).
