Refund Policy

1. Digital goods — no automatic refunds

All Products sold on nfxprod.com are digital, delivered instantly, and non-returnable by nature. Once your download link has been generated and/or files have been accessed, the purchase is considered final and refunds are generally not available.

2. When we do refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases, provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
• You never received your download link and we cannot deliver it to you.
• The Product files are corrupted, unusable, or materially different from the description, and we cannot resolve the issue.

3. When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• The Product doesn't fit your creative direction or workflow.
• You purchased the wrong pack by mistake and have already downloaded it.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@nfxprod.com with your order email, your Whop receipt number, and a short description of the issue. We respond within one business day.

5. Whop

Approved refunds are processed through Whop and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

6. EU / UK consumers

By purchasing a downloadable digital Product on nfxprod.com, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK provisions).
