Terms of Service

Welcome to NFX PROD (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website nfxprod.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any digital product (“Product”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases on the Site. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & description

We sell digital media assets — including but not limited to beats, sample packs, sound effects and stock footage — delivered electronically. Product descriptions, contents, and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time.

3. Payments & Whop

All payments are processed by Whop Inc. (“Whop”), our third-party payment provider. When you check out, you are redirected to Whop's secure hosted checkout. We do not store your full payment card details. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's Terms of Service and their applicable policies.

4. Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically. After Whop confirms your payment, we automatically grant access to your download and/or email a secure download link to the address you used at checkout. If you have not received your Product within 30 minutes, contact support@nfxprod.com.

5. License

Every Product is delivered under our royalty-free commercial license — see the full License page for scope, permitted uses, and restrictions. You do not own the underlying copyright; you receive the rights described in that license.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital goods delivered immediately, our Refund Policy is limited. See the full Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) resell, redistribute, sub-license or share Products as-is or as part of a competing pack, library, or marketplace; (b) upload Products to sample libraries, AI training datasets, or stock catalogs; (c) use Products in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content; (d) attempt to bypass access controls, download URLs, or scrape the Site.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including Products, cover art, branding, code, and copy — is the property of NFX PROD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a Product grants a limited license only.

10. Third-party content

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (Whop, hosting providers, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFX PROD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or Products. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
